Thank you for shipping with IERE Express!

IERE Express accepts the following methods of payment at the time of your package delivery:
Cash (USD$ or TTD$), Linx debit cards, PayPal, payment by Company cheque or by major credit card (Visa and MasterCard).

• IERE Express will pay (up front) all duties and VAT charges incurred to clear Member packages. Member will be billed for all charges incurred by IERE Express on their behalf, upon delivery.
• Your IERE Express invoice will detail all freight, duty, VAT, courtesy and handling charges.
• IERE Express will temporarily suspend your account if there are any outstanding charges on your account. Your account will be reinstated upon full payment of all outstanding charges.
• IERE Express reserves the right to terminate this agreement by giving Members four (4) weeks notice.

Security

IERE Express uses a secure socket layer (SSL) connection for the collection and transmission of your payment details.

• Wherever possible (when supported by your browser) encryption will be at full 128 bit level. If your browser does not support 128 bit encryption, our program will create a secure connection at the highest level supported by your browser.
• Because your security is important to us, we do not record your credit card number on our servers.
• In addition, IERE Express will not share your personal information with others.

*Responsiblity for Payment

IERE Express Couriers, Ltd reserves the right to request full payment on any shipment at anytime. With respect to IERE Express, the Member will always be primarily responsible for all charges including, transportation charges, all duties, customs assessments, governmental penalties and fines, taxes, brokerage fees, outlays, and our reasonable attorney fees and legal costs and disbursements related to this package in the case of default in payment. The IERE Express Member will be responsible to pay for all the charges associated with packages they receive, even if the packages received were unsolicited by the Member (e.g. junk mail), were received opened or in a damaged condition, or the contents fail to correspond to the items the Member ordered. The Member will also be responsible for any costs IERE Express Couriers, Ltd may incur in returning the shipment to the Member, the consignor, or warehousing it pending disposition. We are not obligated to advance any customs, government, or carrier's fees or assessments, penalties, fines, or any other accessorial clearance fees, and may at our sole discretion request certified funds or cash from the Member before submitting an entry for clearance to TT Customs. We have the right to suspend service should the Member's account not be in good standing, until the amount due is paid in full, and the Member expressly acknowledges and agrees with this right. In the event that payment is not made prior to or upon delivery, the outstanding balance shall bear an additional service and handling charge at the rate of 1.5% per month and we may turn the said account over to an attorney for collection. If, we turn the balance over to an attorney for collection then, there shall be added to the balance due, as and for attorney fees, the actual reasonable fee to be paid to the attorney for his services. Any dispute hereunder, including any dispute or claim which you, the IERE Express Member, may have, shall be heard exclusively in the courts of original jurisdiction, Port of Spain, Trinidad, The West Indies and Member agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of said courts. If, any provision herein is found to be invalid, unenforceable, ambiguous and/or illegal, then, such provision shall not affect the remaining provisions, and such remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
